Does Your Child Need A School-Required Physical?

Just a reminder that school requires physical examinations and specific vaccinations upon entering certain grade levels.  Upon entering Kindergarten:  Physical examination required. DTaP and IPV vaccines (if not yet received at 4 year well child check) Upon entering 4th Grade: Physical examination required.
