Are you wondering what is okay and what is not okay to do when we say “stay at home” and “practice social distancing?” Here are some guidelines:

Fresh-air activities and exercise, keeping 6 feet between yourself and others who do not live in your home.

Life-sustaining trips, like food shopping – try to do weekly rather than daily.

Order take-out or delivery from a local restaurant. Support local businesses!

No gatherings of any group of people.

No parties, BBQs, play dates, group sports, etc with people that do not live in your home.
