What Is “Social Distancing?”

What Exactly Is “Social Distancing?”

Are you wondering what is okay and what is not okay to do when we say “stay at home” and “practice social distancing?”  Here are some guidelines:

  1.  Fresh-air activities and exercise, keeping 6 feet between yourself and others who do not live in your home.

  2. Life-sustaining trips, like food shopping – try to do weekly rather than daily.

  3. Order take-out or delivery from a local restaurant. Support local businesses!

  1. No gatherings of any group of people.

  2. No parties, BBQs, play dates, group sports, etc with people that do not live in your home.

  3. No close contact with people who do not live in your home.

Please pay close attention to these recommendations as this is the only way we, as a community, are going to decrease the spread of this illness.
