Many of you may be receiving a letter from your school district making you aware of the requirement for students to receive a second Chickenpox vaccination. The chickenpox vaccination will be listed on your child’s immunization list in one of the following ways: Varivax, MMRV, and ProQuad. Any of these or any combination of these meet the requirement. Most of our patients receive the first one by the time they are 15 months, and the second by age 5 years. If you are registered with our patient portal you can review or print your child’s immunization schedule at any time. Have a great week!
