Formula – Understanding Nutrition (FUN) Research Study Dr. Bridget Young from URMC Pediatric Allergy & Immunology is the Principal Investigator for this project. Purpose of Study: To investigate how different types of carbohydrates in infant formula affect a baby’s pancreas and intestines. This will help us to understand how the different carbohydrates lactose vs. glucose
Asymptomatic testing: · Testing of asymptomatic individuals, ordered for any reason, are NOT available from UR Medicine Urgent Care locations or UR Medicine Lab collection sites. Genesis Pediatrics is currently NOT able to conduct COVID testing for asymptomatic individuals. Asymptomatic COVID Testing If you believe that you or your child has been exposed to COVID, you will be contacted by the Health Department IF you are considered a close contact and require testing.
