Zero-Tolerance Policy for Bullying and Verbal Abuse

We would like to let you know that Genesis Pediatrics has adopted a Zero-Tolerance Policy for Bullying and Verbal Abuse. The expectation for the staff at Genesis is to treat each patient with dignity and respect. They will not speak in a rude manner or utilize derogatory language and we ask our patients to do the same. Genesis Pediatrics feels it is imperative to maintain this respectful and dignified relationship between the staff and families in order to maintain quality care to your children.
