Asymptomatic COVID Testing If you believe that you or your child has been exposed to COVID, you will be contacted by the Health Department IF you are considered a close contact and require testing.  Please do not call the office because we will tell you to wait for direction from the Health Department. RECALL ALERT: Infant Ibuprofen

Infant ibuprofen sold at several national retailers is being recalled because it might contain a higher concentration of ibuprofen than the normal 50mg per 1.25ml.  New Jersey-based Tris Pharma, Inc. said lots sold under Walmart, CVS Pharmacy and Family Dollar brands are impacted by the recall. The company says it has not received any reports

Help us help you—turn in your forms early!
  • Camp season is here! If your child needs a camp form completed, please submit it as soon as possible.
  • Longer turnaround times are expected due to increased summer volume.
  • Forms can be uploaded through the Patient Portal and will be returned there once completed. Please ensure that all pertinent information is filled out prior to sending or else it will be returned to the caregiver.
  • Submitting early helps us ensure your child is ready for summer fun!
