Please call the office ASAP to schedule your child(ren)’s physicals, especially if they will be playing a fall sport.
Completion of a sports physical is a requirement before they can begin practice in August.
As a reminder, we have Dr. T and Rick Maniace, NP available for those patients who may feel more comfortable with a male provider!
