If your child has had a COVID test completed at a URMC lab, please know that it is now taking up to 6 days to get those results. 

PLEASE DO NOT CALL OUR OFFICE LOOKING FOR RESULTS!

We understand that you are frustrated while awaiting the results of testing, but please know that we are calling patient families as soon as results are received (either positive or negative).
