Requests for a refill on your child’s controlled medication (ie. stimulant medication for ADD/ADHD) will be processed within 3 business days (defined as Monday – Friday; weekend days do NOT count!) When completed, the office will not be calling caregivers due to significant call volumes. If you would like to know whether your refill has been processed, please call your pharmacy directly.
NOTE: The Patient Portal is still the most efficient way to request a refill on these medications. When your refill has been processed, you will receive an email notification.
